Slightly confusing title?! :P

Okay, here's the scenario;
Primary Monitor: 120Hz Gaming monitor (this is primary so all games open on this monitor by default)
Secondary Monitor: 29" 21:9 2560x1080 monitor.

When I have a game locked to the primary monitor and try to open a program using the second monitor, it'll open that program on the primary monitor, behind my game.. Which means I still need to minimize my game and move the program across to the second monitor.

Is there any way to resolve this please? other than going adding all the programs in "Window Location"..

Thanks!

I am having a similar issue, whenever i open google chrome on my side monitors, and click chrome on my center monitors task bar it opens a new chrome window on the monitor chrome was last on. chrome is the only application i have noticed this issue with.

side monitors will open chrome to their monitor but center primary windows taskbar will only open it to the last monitor the application was on.

You can actually create a single Window Location rule that will apply to all windows. Please see the attached screenshot for reference :)

Hope that helps!

How can i create this rule? i'm using DisplayFusion Pro 9.4.3, and it doesn't have this option.

The Window Location feature was rolled into the Triggers feature. See the attached screenshot for the equivalent Trigger rule.

Okay I am having a small problem, I have a trigger that runs Chrome on startup on monitor 2, after a couple seconds it moves to monitor 1.

The two triggers feels like conflicting

@Midas: The *.* rule is most likely running after the Chrome specific rule has already run. If you enable the "Stop processing..." checkbox in the Chrome rule, that should fix up the issue :)
