I have not verified but one of the replies "It is not slated for a wide release. It’s WIP. The Indian blog is wrong. Check the bug Moz bug tracker."

I don't use it much anymore. Every time I try to use FF it fails in some way, containers, user profiles, always something that isn't wny I opened it. Chrome breaks less than Firefox.

The Chromium team was trying to do this as well but from what I understand, they've more or less halted the development of the DLL injection blocking because they ran into too many compatibility issues with IME apps. I would imagine the Firefox team will run into similar issues, and at least they provide an option to disable it anyways :)
